What lovely place to stay, with a very nice host (Kenny). Conveniently located to City Centre, castle, art gallery, and River Ness walk. Such a comfy, quaint little place to end a perfect trip to the highlands! The room was lovely, with a nice sitting area, chairs, TV, plenty of plugs, and a very nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! I travel light so the stairs to the room were no problem at all, and Kenny was kind enough to assist! Also a short 25 min ride to Inverness airport. Cheers!

We stayed here for two nights over New Year and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal, only about a five-minute walk into the town centre, with the bonus of private on-site parking. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a real highlight. You choose from a menu the night before, and it was genuinely one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. I went for the full Scottish and it kept me full for most of the day. The coffee was freshly made and excellent too. Kenny was a brilliant host and we really enjoyed chatting with him. He’s clearly very experienced in hospitality and it shows in everything, from how well organised the place is, to the attention to detail and the little thoughtful touches that make the stay feel special. Friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout. Highly recommended and we will definitely by visiting again when next in Inverness.

Bluebell House is charming, cozy, comfortable and very clean. The owner Kenny has created a warm inviting home away from home. The location is perfect to town. It has off street parking. The bed was very comfortable. Kenny made a delicious breakfast...you must try the porridge with a wee dram of Drambuie. I would definitely stay again. 10 /10.

We have been received with a great smile and wit and it's been amazing staying at Bluebell house. Kenny was a treat and we loved sharing funny conversations with him. The guesthouse is ideally located, near Inverness city center and all the nice places to visit. Breakfast was delicious, the Drambuie porridge was something else! (I loved it) The rooms were cosy and warm, well-furnished and we slept very well!

I found Bluebell House on booking.com on the last days of my road trip in Scotland. The place is south of the river and located in the central area of Inverness. We booked the room very last minute but the host accommodated us kindly, despite that we were not able to tell when we were arriving. The room was pristine and looked refurbished recently. For a couple there is an enough space to relax and get ready. Breakfast is included in the price and I loved the fact that the host prepared and served for us. He was such a kind and charming person that I instantly felt great about the place. Not to mention that every space had a beautiful decor that made us feel like as if we were in a small castle. It’s a shame that I couldn’t spend enough time there, but next time when I visit Inverness, this place will be a must stay!

Absolute GEM of a spot! My friend and I booked this as a last min stay and were blow away! The house is so cute and clean and the host is absolutely amazing. He cooked us a delightful breakfast in the morning and we loved everything about this stop. Will 100% stay here again when we are back in the area.

What a lovely guest house, on arrival we met the owner Kenny who is a very funny and wonderful man. Our rooms were spotless, very warm, and had everything you need in them. Breakfast was great, we will be back, anyone going to Inverness try booking the Bluebell house you will not be disappointed, plus it’s only 5 minutes away from the centre.
